In accepting the vehicle described above, I acknowledge that it is your property, and it is provided to me on loan subject to the following conditions:

  1. Driver is responsible for any traffic offence whilst using this vehicle.
  2. Deposits, Balance payments & Fees paid are NON REFUNDABLE. Please make sure you are happy to proceed with the reservation before you send any payment and make sure you have TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover your holiday booking. We offer the option of paying the balance in Cash on arrival at Airport , Hotel or office so to reduce you liability in the case of cancellation. 
  3. Driver agrees to keep and maintain the vehicle at own expense in good condition and repair throughout the period it is in  custody or control and will be reasonable for the initial €2000 euros damage caused to the vehicle during this period. Ask about the Optional Full Protection Insurance Cover known as Collision Damage Waiver ( CDW ) or sometimes known as "FULL INSURANCE WITH ZERO EXCESS"
  4. Drivers must have Full UK/International Drivers Licence for more than 2 years and be from 25-75 years old. Age excess Policy Cost is € 5 euros per day - Ask for details
  5. Protection Insurance (CDW) is included for UK & EU Residents with an Excess of €250. Optional Zero Excess Policy upgrade available for a cost of €5 per day. The Zero Excess Policy Upgrade is for Road Traffic Accidents, not covered for driving off road or illegally. Car Park Damage IS NOT INCLUDED . Please be rsponsible and treat the car respectfully. If you return the car back at the end of the rental period then that is all we ask for. Do not drive wilst drinking , Cyprus has a new zero alcohol policy and the Police often do random checks. Please check the car over on collection and send photos of any marks or damage before you start to drive it. Windscreen cover is included in the Zero Exess Policy Upgrade , for damage caused whilst driving on tarmac roads. Off road is not included.  ( TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY )
  6. Driver will be responsible for the cost of repairing punctures & exhaust.
  7. VEHICLE MUST NOT BE DRIVEN OFF ROAD AS INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER THE CAR OR PASSENGERS. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO BE PAID BY HIRER. Our vehicles MUST NOT be driven to Akamas , Blue Lagoon , Lara Beach , Adonis Falls or any off road tracks. In the Winter months it is also not possible to drive across the Troodos Mountain range above Omodos Village area or above the snow line. 
  8. The vehicle will only be driven by HIRER unless the additional driver fee is paid at time hire.
  9. Hire agrees to report any damage caused, accidents or traffic violations during this period.
  10. DO NOT MOVE THE CAR IN THE CASE OF AN ACCIDENT. DRIVER MUST INSTANTLY CALL HELPLINE.
  11. Driver is responsible for any fixed penalty offence or contraction in respect of that vehicle under Part II of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 and any penalty charge incurred under the Road Traffic Act.
  12. Driver is responsible for parking charges, speeding and traffic violations incurred.
  13. CARS NOT TO BE DRIVEN OFF-ROAD/DIRT TRACKS – this will invalidate insurance.
  14. Do not drive under the influence of Alcohol / Drugs – this will invalidate insurance.
  15. Driving illegally or without due caution – this will invalidate insurance.
  16. Vehicles MUST NOT be driven across the border into the Turkish Area. 
  17. WE RECOMMEND YOU PROTECT YOURSELF WITH SIMILA CYPRUS VEHICLE INSURANCE PROTECTION POLICY ( CDW ) AND ALSO INDEPENDANT PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE PROTECTION.
